Children’s Ministries at Western Hills We know that kids learn best in different ways. We also recognize that teachers teach best in different ways. In order to honor children and teachers, K-4th grade children will be learning through a rotation model of Sunday school. Each week for 6 weeks, the children will learn the Bible story (this rotation is Jesus in the Temple), in different ways: science, games, cooking, music, storytelling and art.
All K-4th grade children, at both the 9:30 and 11:00 Sunday school hours, will begin and end Sunday school in room B-8. The kids will gather together with their shepherds, travel to the classroom for the lesson, and then return to the SFLC for a wrap-up time.
Our Children's Ministry team is excited to be using their gift of teaching so that the children can learn about Jesus. We hope that all parents will be faithful in bringing their children to Sunday school.
