At Western Hills, our youth are an energetic group, proud to proclaim that, “We’re His Youth!” W.H.Y. also stands for Western Hills Youth.

 

W.H.Y. enjoys a laid-back, fun, and friendly atmosphere at every Sunday evening meeting. They enjoy food, all sorts of music, visual media, high-energy activities and relevant topical discussions.

Youth Sunday Classes & Fellowship

5:24 Bible Study

Our 7^th - 12^th graders come together during our Wednesday night 5:24 fellowship to pray and study the Scriptures. Begins Wednesday, September 12.

When: Wednesday at 6:15 p.m.

Location: WHUMC C-10

Requirements: 7th – 12^th grades

 

Mid-High & Senior-High Sunday School

Our 7th through 12th graders will be studying various topics during the Sunday School hour.

When: Sunday at 9:30 & 11:00 a.m.

Location: WHUMC C-8

Requirements:  7^th – 12^th grades

 

W.H.Y. (We’re His Youth/Western Hills Youth) Meeting

Come join our youth for fun and fellowship every Sunday evening.

When: Sunday at 5:00 p.m.

Location: Stewart Family Life Center

Requirements: 7^th - 12^th grades

 

 

Youth Choir

Sounds of Truth Youth Choir   7^th – 12^th grades

This group exhibits a wonderful tradition of our youth leading in worship at Western Hills. The choir will sing many different types of engaging music and will lead several times per month in both traditional and contemporary services. Plans are also in the works for a 2008 Summer Tour.

When: Sunday at  4:00 p.m. during the school year
